How to change or cancel reservations made on the Prima Website:

Reservation Change or Update:

Changes and updates to reservations cannot be made directly through the website. If a customer makes a reservation and wants to make a change or update his/her reservation, he/she can do so either by email or by phone:

Reservation Cancellation:

A customer who makes a reservation through the website will receive a reservation confirmation with a user name and password. Reservations can be canceled through the website category "My Reservations" in the lower part of the homepage can be canceled from any
A customer who has placed an order through the site will receive a user name and password on the order confirmation that he/she made.
The reservation may be canceled from any and all pages of the website through the category "My Orders" at the bottom of the website page. The customer will be required to enter the username (email address) and password that appears on the reservation confirmation received upon making the reservation.
After entering the username and password, the customer will be able to cancel his/her order using the "cancel" button, and will be subject to the cancellation conditions specific to the reservation.
Reservation cancellation depend on the cancellation policy specified in the terms and conditions which appear on the website and on the reservation confirmation
If your order does not meet the terms of cancellation and the cancellation button does not appear in "My Reservations", you must cancel the reservation by contacting the Hotel reserved or the Prima call center: +972-3-552-2220 or by sending an email to: [email protected]

How to Cancel a Reservation:

A reservation made on the website may be cancelled by sending a "cancellation request"
"Cancelation Request"- A request to cancel the reservation which includes the customer's name, identification number, or, if the reservation was made orally, the additional identifying detail agreed upon when making the reservation.
The cancellation request can be sent in any of the following ways:
a. Orally- by calling the Prima call center at +972-3-552-2220 or at the Prima Administrative Offices at 75 Allenby St., Tel Aviv;
b. By mail- to the address: Prima Hotels Administrative Office, 75 Allenby St., Tel Aviv;
